Expedited Shipping orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Standard Shipping orders arrive in 5–7 business days. For oversized items, standard shipping typically covers Curbside Delivery only, unless the product page specifically lists alternative options such as Lift Gate, White Glove, or Inside Delivery. Customers may request an upgraded shipping method for an additional charge, which is quoted based on item dimensions and delivery location details (e.g., building floor, elevator access). Orders placed before 2:30 PM EST are typically delivered in 2–3 business days. Curbside Delivery: Package is delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway. Customer is responsible for unloading. Lift Gate Curbside Delivery: Item is lowered from the truck using a mechanical lift gate and left at curbside. Ideal for heavy items. Inside Delivery: Item is brought to the first threshold of your home (porch, garage, or front door). White Glove Delivery: Premium service — item is brought inside your home, placed in the desired room, unpacked, and assembled if required.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, type, origin location, and delivery destination. Free shipping promotions are available on qualifying orders shipped to continental U.S. addresses. Please check the current promotion banner on our homepage for eligibility details. For orders outside the continental U.S. — including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. territories — flat-rate shipping fees apply based on order total. Expedited and Rush shipping for these areas is calculated by weight at checkout.

Once shopmedx receives your returned item, please allow 3–4 weeks for full return processing.
